Visit us at the quilt show! 03/11/2011
Saturday, March 12, we will have a booth at the outdoor quilt show in Trenton, FL. Many quilts will be hanging up for you to see and many vendors will have food. We will be showing a few quilts and sewing machines for the quilter. There will be a "bed turning" where many quilts are shown and their stories told. This will be taking place in the old train depot open area. Inside the building there is a special display of quilts as well. This was the first show I have entered a quilt in, so to win a ribbon was very thrilling! This is "My Stars For A New Day" that was a Block of the Month project designed by Sue Garman in 2009. I quilted it with King Tut thread on my Statler. I offer long arm quilting services and my business is called Quilting Makes The Quilt! You may hire me in this capacity by coming by the store with your quilt top and backing and filling out an order form.. Pictures I took of other entries are in the Photo Gallery on these two pages: 2010 QuiltFest Jax Page 1 2010 QuiltFest Jax Page 2 Add Comment | A-1 SewingMost likely written by Pam McIntyre, but not always! ;) ArchivesOctober 2011 CategoriesAll |
