Private lessons are one-on-one sessions where most commonly students learn to thread their machines and wind bobbins and maybe a few other basics that they are missing.  If you own a machine that you did not purchase from us and therefore did not get owners classes, then private lessons are for you!  They are also a must for getting off on the right foot for other classes like Beginning Sewing or Beginning Quilting.  It is much better to discover that your machine is not working and/or you do not know how to work it, before you get to a project class. 
Private lessons are also like piano lessons, in that you can build on your skill level with each class.  If you desire to sew but do not like a multi-student atmosphere, then private lessons are for you.
They cost $50/hr. and must be paid in advance, and a minimum of 1 hr. is required, but they can be billed at half hour increments after the first hour.
